If kenew how complex it was to run a place you say difrently. Its the laws of the land that make very hard for small family or bizness to run.
There is a consortium of developers who currently own the Abbey Manor Hotel. The Save the Abbey Manor group have tried to work with the owners in order to secure a lease to re-open the hotel. This process has been on-going for the past year.
